Information we collect
Bonga Jobs may collect account details you provide, profile information, saved jobs, employer job submissions, search activity, job views, job-apply clicks, IP addresses and basic browser information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and saved jobs, operate employer and moderation features, improve search quality, prevent abuse, understand site usage and maintain the security and reliability of Bonga Jobs.
Third-party job sources and applications
Some listings are supplied by third-party job sources. When you choose Apply, you may be sent to an employer or third-party website. Their privacy practices are separate from Bonga Jobs.
Retention
Operational logs and analytics are retained only as needed for the service. The current maintenance policy removes old search, view and click records after 18 months and stale API job listings after 120 days.
Security
Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing. We use session protections, CSRF protection on state-changing account actions, rate limiting and moderated employer publishing.
